Five short pieces, exploring the culinary variations of the [chicken] egg.
"Though the style and character of each movement differ substantially from one another (as do their respective egg dishes), they are all bound together by the ‘E-G-G’ motif, which appears in every movement (not unlike the way eggs often act as the binding agent in a recipe)."
